It is all through Jesus, we are given access to the Kingdom. We live and love and dream and serve because of the one true God. He is our portion and the thing that brings us all together. His plans for you are great and trusting your life to him is the most important decision you will ever make.
When we Echo the love of God throughout the world, people find the thing they have always been missing. When we Echo his words, we speak life into our world. When we Echo his truths we find the "cheat code" to life. We find purpose and become whole. Jesus is our source. We are his Echo.
The Mission
The vision of Echo Church is create a community of authentic believers and to witness a city transformed by the life-changing reality of the gospel. We believe the church should be a lighthouse in the dark, a place of refuge in the community and a well-spring of life in the city and beyond. Our vision is in our name. We will ECHO the words, the character, and the precepts of our God to every person we encounter! He speaks. We Echo.
The mission of Echo Church is the same mission Jesus gave his followers: Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, We know that discipleship has become a lost art in the modern church and we aim to do everything we can to change that. Doing life together is how we become great. Encouraging one another in the faith, supporting each other in times of need, building genuine relationships, and developing the gifts God has placed in each of us is how find purpose. Jesus has empowered us to advance his Kingdom and grow the family of God.
The Vision
Pastor Terrance has been in the ministry for over 18 years. Most notably as Christian Hip Hop Artist "Point5". Terrance has served in Pastoral roles in both Illinois and Arizona over the years, and is a 22 year USAF Veteran and retired Chaplain Core Superintendent. His education includes degrees in Church Leadership, Communications, Social Work, and Philosophy. Echo Church is the result of the vision God birthed in Pastor Terrance, and seeing church as a reflection of heaven and an echo of God's promise is his life goal. Terrance is married to his lovely wife Rachael, and has a beautiful daughter, Trinity. He is an avid fan of retro video games, basketball, and The Office.
